How you found us

When you sign up we record how you got here — any campaign tags in the link you clicked, the site that referred you, the page you landed on, which browser you're using, and your country. We use it to tell which of our own efforts actually work.

Your country is worked out from your IP address at that moment; the address itself isn't saved to your account. None of this is sold or shared, and it's deleted with your account.

Session recording

We use Microsoft Clarity to see how people move through our pages — clicks, scrolling, and which pages get visited — so we can find where things are confusing or broken.

On our marketing site it runs only if you accept analytics cookies. Inside the app it runs for signed-in users, on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving a service you're using — never on the sign-in or sign-up pages, and form inputs are masked, so what you type isn't captured.

Recordings sit with Microsoft, who process them on our behalf. Not sold, not shared.

Legal basis: signup attribution and in-app session recording — legitimate interest in understanding how our own service is found and used. On the marketing site, session recording runs on consent.
